[Review] LJH Cellabel White-P Cell Beauty Treatment

If you follow my Instagram, you would be familiar with the picture above. (And if you haven't followed, well here's your chance to do so :P) I was given a free gift bag as appreciation for being a top reviewer of Honeyz Cube in February. (*^^*)

Out of all the products, this one intrigued me the most, so I decided to write about it. Hee x) The Cellabel White-P series is targeted towards skin concerns such as skin discolouration, hydration to ageing skin and dull skin tone.  In my goodie bag, three products were included from the LJH Cellabel White-P series.

Cellabel White-P Skin: Offers rich moisturizing and whitening, accelerates skin turnover and exfoliates dead skin cells which clog pores. A colourless liquid, it is easily absorbed into the skin. My face becomes smoother around the nose and cheek areas, but it is a bit too strongly scented for my taste.

Cellabel White-P Emulsion: Oil-free prduct for intensive hydration and relaxation. To be applied after Cellabel White-P Skin. I have been having the flu, and the skin around my nose smoothened visibly and became less red after applying the two products. (*^^*)

Cellabel White-P Cream: Oil-free whitening moisture cream, without stickiness and pore clogging. It stays on for a very long period of time which keeps skin hydrated, but it can get uncomfortable if you apply too much. Just a thin layer will do (: I find that it works better for me as a night cream before bed.

Overall: In terms of hydrating and moisturizing, these products will likely show greater improvement to skin over a longer usage! I find that my skin is a bit bit brighter after use, but other than that, these neither worsen nor improve patches of skin discolouration for me. It might after a longer usage time (these products lasted about a week plus).

Price List [from Honeyz Cube Store]:
Cellabel White-P Skin (150ml): $102 [$78 for members]
Cellabel White-P Emulsion (150ml): $110 [$84 for members]
Cellabel White-P Cream (55ml): $139  [$99 for members]

[Personal] In search of the lalang~

I have heard a lot about the lalang fields in Punggol but I have not seen them for myself. So, while on my walk, I decided to try and find it!

Some scenery along the park connector~

At some points they split into the bicycle track and the footpath
While walking along the park connector, you'll start to see lalang patches here and there. They are pretty dried out now, possibly due to the lack of rain. ):

The nicest-looking, largest patch of lalang I could find.
It was pretty disappointing ): I think a large portion of the field is actually gone, comparing from photos taken in the past years. There are also visible signs of people having walked through the lalangs. So, if you want to have shoot here, do it fast!

Random attempt to be artistic.

The bridge that leads into the Wetlands is quite impressive!

Gives a bit of the Japanese shrine gates feel? Maybe? xD

Ending off with a collage of pictures I took from a nearby housing estate! Such a pretty place to relax and have a stroll~

The whole walk took me about 2 hours because I got lost halfway xD Tired legs now~ But yes, I like exploring Punggol! Hopefully I'll have more things to show you in another post!

Here's a map to help put things into perspective:

The nearest entrance in from Rivieria LRT. If you're driving, you can park at the HDBs nearby.Take the exit furthest from the HDB apartments and walk straight until you see several restaurants. Walk past Popeye [depicted in the red area] and down the bridge until you see the waterfront [the grey line next the the river]. The lalangs start in the blue area, but the largest patch is directly opposite the bridge leading into Lor Halus.

Some earlier posts state that you can find lalang fields beyond the sunrise bridge. But when I went, the patch in front of Lor Halus is the largest patch already D:

[Photoshoot] Lolita @ The Reading Room

This post is super late xD Earlier this year, Mimi from CuteMichiyoCosplay came over to Singapore for a holiday! Since she was doing a few cosplay photoshoots, I happily booked her for a Lolita shoot as well :P

Many thanks to Zwei for coming down for the shoot as well! Onward to the photos!

I forgot about taking photos of the food we ate there, but I remember eating a salmon sandwich. I do hope to go back and try some of their cakes or their dinner menu! Looks really awesome. Why do I only have one stomach.

[Foodie] The Brew & Bake Company

Shortly after the ramen trip, I visited a cafe that is even nearer to school xD Located just minutes away from Kent Ridge Bus Terminal, it's a relaxing place to spend an afternoon (: or a place to mug if you want (:

The colourful exterior is sure to catch your eye~! Spotted it from the 2nd storey of a double-decker bus LOL.

The Brew & Bake Company
28 Clementi Road, Singapore 129754
11 am - 11 pm
Closed Wednesdays, and every 20th of the month

A bit weird, but the sign says different opening hours from the website xD

The cafe is air-conditioned, and can sit about 15 people comfortably. The colours and toys are very striking!

Made to order, so they take about 10 minutes!

Tea variants!

A unique selling point of this cafe is the DIY drink, termed El-Chemist Frappe! We didn't dare to try it though xD If you've tried it, let me know in the comments below (:

We got the French Apple Tart! Sweet and not overwhelmingly sour, with a crisp tart surface ^^

Flat White Latte! Latte art is always a plus point xD

Caramel waffle was warm when it arrived (+1)! Pretty decent, but nothing fantastic.
